You can collect the order FROM the start of the time you booked when purchasing your items and for half an hour past that time.
If you are going to be late, please let us know!
If you are early, we probably won't be ready for you, why not browse around the farm shop or order a coffee while you wait!
The farm shop is located 1 mile west of Gloucester on the A40, see this Google maps link.
In the case of items will be located at the hut opposite (left) the farmshop on the gravel overflow carpark.
Simply follow the signs once in the car park for Christmas Trees and show your conformation email to a member or staff.
Items will be ready for collection (from the 28th of November) from the gravel overflow car park opposite the farm shop the day after ordering if ordered before 3pm.
We will endevor to get your tree to you within 48 hours, but we are only a small firm so it may take a little longer!
Please don't forget we cannot deliver more than 10 miles outside of GL2 8DB.
We will contact you to arrange delivery at a time that is convinient.
If reserving a tree, yes you can!
If slecting click and collect, unfortunatly not, we have to ensure everyones saftey during the pandemic and must expidite turn arounds with minimum contact.
Yes, free car parking is available. All cars are parked at owners risk, we will not take responsibilty for any loss or damage to vehicles.
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds, as stated in our booking terms and conditions.
Once you have booked, you will be emailed an order confirmation that includes a unique order reference and barcode. To verify your purchase on site, please either print off your ticket or have it ready on your smartphone.
No, we accept tickets on a smartphone, as well as printed tickets.
Pre-booking online is strongly advisable to avoid disappointment as we can't guarantee availability on the day.
