How do I use my ticket?

Once you have booked, you will be emailed an order confirmation that includes a unique booking reference number and barcode. To gain access to the attraction, please either print off your ticket or have it ready on your smartphone. 

Do you issue refunds or date changes?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds, as stated in our booking terms and conditions. 

Do I have to print out my ticket?

No, we accept tickets on a smartphone, as well as printed tickets. 

Is car parking available?

Yes, free car parking is available. All cars are parked at owners risk, we will not take responsibilty for any loss or damage to vehicles.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Pre-booking online is strongly advisable to avoid disappointment as we can't guarantee availability on the day.
